Bright and exceptionally clean rooms with open bathrooms and an electric kettle and glassware. Hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, very comfy bed. Beautiful old building, great location just off the V & A Waterfront and Gardens' allied with being welcoming friendly. Also, to downtown during the day.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and good air quality. The outdoor veranda was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the evenings. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good variety of options, and the made-to-order eggs were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful suggestions and arranging tours with knowledgeable guides.
One of the negatives was that the room could get a bit cold at night. The heater in the room could have been stronger to provide better warmth.
